The AstroTigya Astrologer Chat Membership provides access to 1-on-1 text-based chat support with an astrologer during the active membership period.

The membership includes:

• Personal astrologer chat
• Kundli creation
• Astrology-related guidance and discussions
• Dasha-related discussions
• Mangal Dosha-related discussions
• Kaal Sarp Dosha-related discussions
• Nakshatra and Rashi-related discussions
• Shani Sade Sati-related discussions
• Lucky vehicle number calculation
• Baby-name calculation

The exact nature of guidance depends on the customer's questions and the information provided.

This membership is strictly chat-based.

No voice calls, video calls, phone consultations, or call-based consultations are included.

Customers must not request or expect a call, even for a short duration or for a single minute.

Any additional consultation format, if offered by AstroTigya in the future, will be subject to a separate service and applicable charges.

The membership provides up to 1 hour of chat usage per day.

The daily usage limit is intended to provide reasonable access to the service rather than continuous or unrestricted real-time conversation.

Astrology consultations generally do not require continuous conversation for several hours. Customers should ask their questions clearly and provide relevant information so the astrologer can provide useful guidance efficiently.

Ongoing Conversation

If a conversation is already in progress and the customer's questions require additional time beyond the daily usage allowance, AstroTigya may conclude or pause the conversation after addressing the customer's questions as reasonably as possible.

If the daily chat allowance has been exhausted, further chat can continue on the following day.

Unused daily chat time does not carry forward or accumulate.

Chat access is subject to the operating schedule and availability of AstroTigya's astrologers. Timings - 10AM - 5PM

AstroTigya does not guarantee that a particular astrologer will always be available at a particular moment.

Operational availability and other service conditions are governed by these Terms and may be updated when necessary.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including where applicable:

• Name
• Date of birth
• Birth time
• Birthplace
• Questions or concerns
• Other information voluntarily provided for astrology guidance

AstroTigya is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

The service is intended for respectful, genuine astrology-related conversations and guidance.

Customers must not use the service for abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, obscene or inappropriate communication.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Abusive language
• Foul or offensive language
• Threats
• Harassment
• Sexual or explicit content
• Personal attacks
• Hate speech
• Intimidation
• Repeated inappropriate behavior
• Attempts to deliberately misuse the service

AstroTigya maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, foul or explicit communication toward astrologers or support personnel.

If a customer uses prohibited language or engages in prohibited behavior, AstroTigya may immediately terminate the customer's membership without warning.

In such cases:

• The membership may be cancelled immediately.
• Access to the service may be permanently restricted.
• No refund will be provided.
• The customer may not be entitled to reinstatement.

AstroTigya reserves the right to determine whether conduct violates this policy.

AstroTigya provides guidance based on traditional Vedic astrology and related traditional practices.

Astrology guidance is intended for informational, personal and spiritual guidance purposes.

AstroTigya does not guarantee that any prediction, interpretation, recommendation or future event will occur.

Customers should use their own judgment when making decisions.

Astrology guidance must not be treated as a replacement for qualified professional advice.

For matters involving health, medical conditions, medication, diagnosis or treatment, customers should consult a qualified doctor or appropriate healthcare professional.

For legal matters, consult a qualified lawyer or legal professional.

For significant financial, investment or taxation decisions, consult an appropriately qualified financial, investment or tax professional.

Similarly, customers should seek qualified professional assistance for matters involving mental health, insurance, employment law, business law or any other area requiring specialized professional expertise.

AstroTigya astrologers are not acting as doctors, lawyers, financial advisers or other regulated professionals through this service.

Astrology guidance should not be treated as a guarantee or sole basis for major decisions involving:

• Marriage
• Divorce
• Medical treatment
• Pregnancy or childbirth
• Career changes
• Resignation from employment
• Business investments
• Financial investments
• Legal disputes
• Property purchases
• Loans or debt
• Other major life decisions

Customers remain solely responsible for their decisions.

AstroTigya does not guarantee:

• Marriage
• Reconciliation
• Finding a partner
• Employment
• Promotion
• Business success
• Financial gain
• Specific income
• Recovery from a health condition
• Any particular future event
• Any specific result from a remedy or traditional practice

Any timing or interpretation provided by an astrologer represents an astrology-based interpretation and should not be understood as a certainty.

Calculations and interpretations such as Kundli, Dasha, Mangal Dosha, Kaal Sarp Dosha, Nakshatra, Rashi, Shani Sade Sati, lucky vehicle numbers and baby-name calculations are provided according to the applicable traditional systems used by AstroTigya.

These should be understood as traditional astrology-based information and guidance.

Customer information may be used to provide and personalize the service, create Kundli information, conduct astrology-related analysis, provide chat support and maintain service records.

Customers should avoid unnecessarily sharing highly sensitive personal information.

The membership is charged at the subscription price displayed at the time of purchase.

The membership continues according to the subscription and billing terms presented during checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the subscription terms before completing payment.

Cancellation and renewal conditions are subject to the applicable subscription setup and checkout terms.

The membership is a digital and personalized service.

No refund will be provided after the service has been used or provided, except where AstroTigya's applicable Refund Policy expressly provides otherwise.

No refund will be provided because a customer:

• Changes their mind
• Does not like an astrology interpretation
• Does not receive the future outcome they expected
• Disagrees with an astrologer's opinion
• Does not use their available chat time
• Provides incorrect birth information
• Violates the service's acceptable-use rules

Any eligible service-delivery issue will be handled according to the Refund Policy.

AstroTigya may assign, change or make available different astrologers depending on operational requirements and availability.

Customers do not have a guaranteed right to communicate with one specific astrologer unless explicitly stated in a separate service agreement.

AstroTigya may suspend or terminate access where there is:

• Abuse of the service
• Fraudulent activity
• Payment fraud
• Misuse of the membership
• Circumvention of service restrictions
• Account sharing where prohibited
• Harassment of astrologers or staff
• Any violation of these Terms

Termination resulting from prohibited conduct may occur without warning and without refund where permitted by these Terms.

AstroTigya may update, modify or improve the service, features, astrologer availability, calculations or operational procedures from time to time.

Any material changes will be reflected in the applicable service information or updated Terms.

By purchasing, accessing or using the AstroTigya Astrologer Chat Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

AstroTigya reserves the right to refuse or terminate service where these Terms are violated.

The following services are provided once as complimentary bonus services with the membership and are not part of the core recurring membership service:

These services are provided only once during the active membership period. Renewing the membership for a subsequent month does not reset or re-include these bonus services.

Customers who wish to receive these services again may purchase the applicable packages from astrotigya.com at their respective prices.
